Faisal mosque situated in Islamabad,capital of Pakistan is the largest mosque in Pakistan and South Asia.It is also taken as National mosque of the country.It has an area of 54000 sq ft where it can accommodate large number of worshipers .It is named after the late king of Saudi Arabia,King Faisal who financially supported it.It was established in 1986.It is one of the most outstanding example of modern Islamic architecture
